1 pound (450g) smoked sausage or Italian sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces

2 cups broccoli florets

1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced into strips

1 medium zucchini, sliced into half-moons

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon onion powder
