1 medium onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 bell pepper (your choice of color), diced

2 medium carrots, peeled and sliced thinly

1 medium zucchini, chopped into bite-sized pieces

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 cup beef broth

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Heat the Skillet: Begin by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, allowing it to warm up for about 1-2 minutes.

    Brown the Beef: Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook it for approximately 5 minutes, using a spatula to break it apart as it cooks. Sauté until the beef is nicely browned. If there is any excess fat, carefully drain it from the skillet.

      Sauté the Aromatics: Introduce the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the onions become soft and translucent.
