1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (plus extra for topping)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 large eggs

1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley (or 2 tablespoons dried)

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it's hot and ready for roasting.

    Roast the Broccoli: On a large baking sheet, spread out the broccoli florets.
