Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup fettuccine pasta, cooked al dente

1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup fresh spinach leaves, roughly chopped

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

8 large flour tortillas or flatbreads

Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, al dente fettuccine, Alfredo sauce, chopped spinach, shredded mozzarella, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Use a spatula to mix everything well until all ingredients are evenly coated and the mixture is smooth.

Assemble the Roll-Ups: Lay a tortilla or flatbread flat on a clean countertop. Using a spoon or spatula, spread about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of the creamy chicken Alfredo filling over the surface of the tortilla, making sure to leave about a 1-inch border around the edges for easy rolling.

Rolling the Tortilla: Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, ensuring it is packed snugly. Continue this process until all tortillas are filled and rolled up.

Prepare for Baking: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish and arrange the rolled tortillas seam-side down. If desired, pour any extra Alfredo sauce over the top of the roll-ups to ensure they are well-saturated.

Add Cheese and Bake: Generously sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the roll-ups. Then, cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes. Afterward, gently remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and has turned a light golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Once baked, take the dish out of the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Just before serving, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley for a vibrant touch. Slice the roll-ups into individual pieces and serve warm, accompanied by additional Alfredo sauce on the side if desired.
