For the Chicken Marinade:

1 lb (450g) boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

1/2 cup plain yogurt

2 tablespoons tikka masala spice blend

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic paste

1 teaspoon ginger paste

Salt, to taste

For the Tikka Masala Sauce:

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 medium onion, finely chopped

1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes

1/2 cup coconut milk or heavy cream

1 teaspoon garam masala

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

For the Wraps:

8 small flour tortillas or naan

1 cup shredded lettuce

1/2 cup diced cucumber

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup raita (yogurt sauce) or plain yogurt

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken:

    - In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, tikka masala spice blend, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, and a pinch of salt until well combined.

      - Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, making sure they are evenly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for deeper flavor infusion.

        Cook the Chicken:
