4 cups whole milk

1/4 cup unsalted butter

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a large baking dish (approximately 9x13 inches) with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
