2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 ripe mango, diced into 1/2-inch cubes

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1/2 red bell pepper, diced

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional for extra heat)

Juice of 1 fresh lime

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce (such as romaine or iceberg)

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)

Prepare the Chicken: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. Rub this flavorful mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts to ensure they are well coated.

    Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
