Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

6 strips of bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing

4 large flour tortillas

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Fresh cilantro, finely chopped (for garnish)

Sour cream and salsa (for dipping)

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken Mixture:

In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, both types of cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Use a spatula or spoon to blend everything together until all ingredients are well coated in the ranch dressing.

      Assemble the Quesadillas:

On a clean cutting board, lay one flour tortilla flat. Using a spoon, place approximately 1/4 of the chicken-bacon mixture onto one half of the tortilla. Carefully fold the tortilla over to create a half-moon shape, ensuring the filling stays within. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and filling.

          Heat the Grill Pan:

Preheat a grill pan or large skillet over medium heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil to the pan, ensuring an even coating to prevent the quesadillas from sticking.

              Grill the Quesadillas:

Once the pan is hot, place one quesadilla in the oil-coated pan. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the bottom turns golden brown and crispy. Carefully flip the quesadilla using a spatula and grill the opposite side for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is gooey and the tortilla is golden brown. Repeat this step for the remaining quesadillas.

                  Serve:

Remove the quesadillas from the pan and let them cool for about a minute. Cut each quesadilla into wedges for easy serving. Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh cilantro for a pop of color. Serve hot, accompanied by sour cream and salsa on the side for dipping.
