Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened)

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup (choose to taste)

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 cup fresh cranberries or 1 cup dried cranberries (chopped if using dried)

1 cup walnuts, roughly chopped

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 cup rolled oats (for added texture)

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional, for warmth and flavor)

Instructions

Prepare the Base: In a large mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and sea salt. Whisk together until the mixture is smooth and well-combined, ensuring there are no lumps.

Incorporate the Mix-ins: Carefully fold in the chopped cranberries, walnuts, rolled oats, and ground cinnamon (if using). Gently mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed within the yogurt base.

Line the Pan: Take an 8x8 inch (or similar sized) baking dish and line it with parchment paper. Make sure to leave some overhanging edges, which will help with lifting the mixture out later for easy cutting.

Spread the Mixture: Transfer the yogurt mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula to evenly spread it out, pressing down gently. Tap the dish lightly on the countertop to release any trapped air bubbles.

Freeze the Bars: Place the baking dish into the freezer and allow it to freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until the mixture is firm and fully frozen.

Cut the Bars: After freezing, remove the dish from the freezer. Lift the set mixture out using the parchment overhang and place it on a cutting board. Use a sharp knife to cut it into squares or bars, according to your preferred size.

Serve or Store: Enjoy these bliss bars immediately as a refreshing treat, or for longer storage, place the bars in a single layer in an airtight container. Use additional parchment paper between layers if stacking them. Store in the freezer for up to 2 months for optimal freshness.
