Prepare the Chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat the Skillet: In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Once the butter is sizzling, add the chicken breasts. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Sauté the Aromatics: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add Herbs and Broth: Stir in the chopped rosemary, thyme, and parsley, and let them cook with the garlic for another minute. Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping the bottom of the skillet to release any browned bits. Allow the mixture to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Return the Chicken: Place the cooked chicken breasts back into the skillet, spooning some of the broth and herb mixture over the top. Let everything simmer together for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the chicken to soak up the flavors.
Serve: Transfer the chicken to a serving platter, drizzle with the cooking sauce, and garnish with lemon wedges and additional fresh herbs. Serve hot with your favorite sides!
