1 cup heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Zoodles: Start by spiralizing the zucchinis to create zoodles. Place them in a colander and sprinkle lightly with salt. Allow the zoodles to sit for about 10 minutes. This process helps to draw out excess moisture, preventing your dish from becoming watery.
