  • 3.0 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3.0 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4.0 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1.0 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1.0 teaspoon honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 0.0 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 2.0 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 0.0 to taste Chopped green onions

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.
  • Prepare Brussels Sprouts: In a large mixing bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, honey, black pepper, red pepper flakes (if using), and salt to taste. Make sure the sprouts are evenly coated with the marinade.
  • Air Fry the Brussels Sprouts: Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket, spreading them out in a single layer for even cooking. You may need to do this in batches if your air fryer is small.
