2 large whole wheat pita breads

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Sea salt, to taste

Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). To prepare for baking, line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and promote even crisping.

    Prepare the Pita: Take each pita bread and, using a sharp knife or a pizza cutter, slice them into sixths, creating triangle shapes. This will result in bite-sized pieces perfect for snacking!

      Mix the Seasoning: In a small mixing bowl, combine the extra virgin olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, smoked paprika, and freshly ground black pepper. Stir the mixture well until it forms a smooth, thin paste.

        Coat the Pita: Place the pita triangles in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the pita pieces. Using your hands or a spatula, toss them gently to ensure that each piece is fully coated with the flavorful seasoning.
