3 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, with juices

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cooked quinoa or rice (for serving)

Grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish

Prepare the Chicken: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. While the oil warms, season the chicken pieces generously with salt and pepper.
