1 cup canned pumpkin puree

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 pound fettuccine pasta

Cook the Fettuccine: Fill a large pot with water, add a generous amount of salt, and bring it to a rolling boil. Once boiling, add the fettuccine and cook according to the package instructions until it reaches al dente.
