1 cup zucchini, sliced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

3 cups fresh spinach leaves, tightly packed

½ cup heavy cream

½ cup pesto sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste
