4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup sliced green onions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix well until the chicken is fully coated in the creamy buffalo sauce mixture.

      On a clean, flat surface, lay out the flour tortillas in preparation for filling.
