2 large heads of romaine lettuce

1 cup cooked and sliced grilled chicken breast

1 cup creamy Caesar dressing

1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup crunchy croutons

1 medium lemon (juiced)

4 large whole grain tortillas

Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Grill: Begin by preheating your grill to medium-high heat, ensuring it’s ready for that perfect char.

    Prepare the Romaine: Take the romaine lettuce heads and cut them in half lengthwise. Lightly drizzle olive oil on the cut sides and season with salt and pepper to taste.

      Grill the Romaine: Place the romaine halves cut side down on the grill. Grill for about 2-3 minutes, or until you see attractive grill marks and the leaves are slightly wilted. Carefully remove from the grill and allow them to cool slightly.

        Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced grilled chicken, creamy Caesar dressing, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and crunchy croutons. Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the mixture, and stir gently until everything is thoroughly coated and well mixed.

          Assemble the Wraps: Take one whole grain tortilla and lay a grilled romaine half (cut side facing up) in the center. Spoon a generous portion of the chicken Caesar mixture on top of the romaine.

            Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling to enclose it, then roll it from the bottom up to create a compact and secure wrap. Repeat this process for the remaining tortillas.
