2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 large eggs

4 large flour tortillas

2 cups marinara sauce (with extra for serving)

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven:

    Set your oven to preheat at 400°F (200°C) to prepare for baking the chicken.

      Prepare the Chicken:

        - In a shallow dish, thoroughly combine the Italian seasoned breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

          - In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined.

              Bake the Chicken:
