1 lb ground beef

1 cup cooked bacon, chopped into bite-sized pieces

1 small onion, finely diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup milk

1 tablespoon ketchup

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 (32 oz) bag of frozen tater tots

Optional toppings: sliced pickles, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, or extra cheese

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it's hot and ready for the casserole.

    Cook the Beef: In a large skillet set over medium heat, add the ground beef. Use a spatula to break it into smaller pieces as it cooks. Sauté until the beef is browned and fully cooked through (no longer pink). Drain any excess grease from the pan.

      Sauté the Vegetables: To the cooked beef, add the finely diced onion and minced garlic. Continue to sauté for about 3-4 minutes or until the onion becomes translucent and fragrant.
