2 ripe avocados

1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup celery, finely chopped

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

8 large butter or romaine lettuce leaves

Lemon wedges, for garnish

Prepare the Avocados: Begin by cutting the avocados in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the pits, and using a spoon, scoop out a bit of the flesh from the center to create extra space for the filling. Set the avocado halves aside in a safe spot.

    Make the Tuna Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna with Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), Dijon mustard, fresh lemon juice, finely chopped celery, red onion, and fresh dill (if using). Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly combined and the mixture is creamy.
